Our Supply Chain Management approach offers Strategic Procurement Solutions.This pro-active approach allows the time normally spent by our clients’ buyers in the sourcing of materials to be utilized in the most effective way, by removing the strain of placing individual repeat orders for consumables and engineering supplies. This does not only apply to consumable items but to everything that the client may need, from high pressure valves, pumps, control systems and every type of plant and equipment that is common to the energy industry today. Furthermore, we can also supply difficult to source items; we will find whatever you need and get it for you – as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Engineering packages are another area where we can assist, where construction materials are required for a specific project, for example, a well tie-in. The specification and quantity of the materials required is determined, according to the requirements. However, management of such packages can be costly, specifically as waste is usually high. Any error in estimation or procurement of materials can cost time, and with manpower on standby, project budgets can easily be exceeded. We can offer the logistical management of such packages, from procurement, storage and quality assurance through to delivery. Long-term storage of any surplus material is based on a cost-effective flat-rate charge per square meter per month. Protective coverings or coatings are included in this charge. |
